Admission Schedule

Due to political unrest in the country, the last date for the submission of Intermediate Admission forms has been extended to Monday 18 August 2014.

For Matric students:

A	Forms will be available on www.fccollege.edu.pk	25 July to 13 August 2014
B	Last date for the submission of admission forms	18 August 2014
C	First Open Merit Lists Displayed (the second and third merit lists will be displayed later)	16 August 2014
D	Classes Begin	08 September 2014

For O Level students:

A	Forms will be available on www.fccollege.edu.pk	12 August to 19 August 2014
B	Last date for the submission of admission forms	19 August 2014
C	First Merit List for O Level students displayed	20 August 2014
D	Classes Begin	8 September 2014

Who can apply?

• Students who have done their Matriculation in Annual Board exams 2014.
• O Level students who have given at least 8 O Level exams by May/June 2014.

Follow the instructions below for an easy form submission:

1. Use capital letters to fill the form
2. Note your Tracking code when on the 2^nd page of the form
3. Once finished, print the form and click Submit
4. Submit the printout in Ahmad Saeed Administration Building room # 217
5. Attach all the following documents with the printed form:

• 4 unattested passport size photographs
• 2 attested photocopies of the provisional result intimation (result card)
• 4 attested photocopies of good conduct certificate
• Attached issuing office copy of fee chalan Form  Rs 750

Processing fee of Rs 750 must be deposited in HBL FC College Branch (Branch is on campus in FC College Premises) using White Chalan Form which shall be available at HBL FC College Branch:
